New Ocean Medallion to forever change and improve customer engagement.

For the first time in CES history a major cruise company was featured as a keynote speaker. Carnival CEO Arnold Donald was joined on stage during the opening address by several partners including TE2.

During the keynote, Scott Sahadi, TE2 CEO said, “We have worked on some disruptive projects, Arnold, but none as transformational and honestly as exciting and awesome as this. Look, we are all here at CES and there isn’t a day that goes by that another digital innovation isn’t hyped out in the tech space. The reality is most of those innovations are experiments they are not enterprise class.  So think about it – Carnival is building a platform built on enterprise class tech to scale to 100 ships floating on the open ocean to over 740 destinations worldwide in real time. That is not typical — that takes some serious Kung Fu.”

Nearly 11 million travelers annually could benefit from the new experience management platform. Scalability is a key factor for TE2 and Carnival; the new platform is expected to scale to 100 ships in 147 destinations in real time.
