Expanded Management Team Prepares for Exponential Growth
San Diego — December 19, 2016, The Experience Engine (TE2), the leader in experience-driven personalized advertisement and content delivery, today announced that the company has expanded its management team with the addition of two industry veterans: Matt Oberdorfer, Vice President of Product and Dan O’Neill, Vice President of Engineering. Matt will oversee the development and rollout of all next generation experience and personalization products and Dan will focus on expanding the rapidly growing technical team, building infrastructure, and ensuring the company delivers a consistent stream of new products and features.

Matt Oberdorfer joins TE2 from Frost Data Capital where he served as the company’s CTO. While at Frost, Matt led the development, roadmap and architecture for IoT big data analytics and cloud products and platform solutions for portfolio companies. Matt brings TE2 more than 20 years’ experience including founding and leading venture-backed startups as CEO and CTO in predictive analytics, real-time personalization, social mobile networking and high performance computing. Matt has authored five advanced programming books and holds several patents in real-time compression and distributed computing.
Dan brings more than 30 years’ experience in software and systems. Previous roles have included CTO, Chairman and Executive Vice president. Dan has helped lead four companies from startup to successful transactions, including an IPO of more than $350 million. Most recently, Dan was Vice President of Engineering at Certona, a company that provides real-time big data analytics to deliver personalized experiences to global brands and their customers.
